Sponsorship Opportunities

For $300, your company can be a Hill Country HRMA Luncheon Sponsor.

Below are some of the benefits your company will receive for being a luncheon sponsor.

• Your Company Logo is displayed at the event on the agenda, and your logo will be displayed on our website at http://hchrma15.wildapricot.org, and you can also pick a monthly luncheon where your company will be ‘featured’ and give a 5 minute promo talk, and put marketing items out at the tables.
• Promotional exposure to current members and local companies.
• You may also bring door prizes that we can give out at the monthly luncheon.

How do you sign up to be an annual Luncheon sponsor, and what will happen next?

• Email Hill Country HRMA at anna@primbusinessconsulting.com and let us know that you are interested in being a sponsor.
• Send us your logo in a .jpg or .png format.
• Our Hill Country HRMA Treasurer will invoice you. Once we receive your payment, your logo will be added to the event.
• We will add you as a contact in our system so you're invited to all events.

Hill Country HRMA sponsorship funds go towards:

• Food, beverage, facility charges, etc. for free Hill Country HRMA events hosted, such as mixers.
• SHRM Foundation donations presented to our monthly luncheon guest speakers.
• For an additional $300, you may receive the contact information for the attendee list.
