As AI takes on more technical and tactical work, the ability to command a room, build trust, and inspire others becomes the edge that sets leaders apart. In this highly interactive session, Pat will demonstrate and coach some essentials of Executive Presence — the differentiator AI can't replicate. If you're developing leaders, executive presence isn't a soft skill add-on. It's what determines whether what they say has impact.

Pat Kirkland is a Master Executive Presence Coach and creator of the Predator, Prey, Partner Model™, trusted by leaders at Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and PayPal to develop their talent.  "The best executive presence coach out there." — Sri Shivananda, CIO, JPMorgan Chase.

Discovering the Patterns That Strengthen Communication, Collaboration & Workplace Culture

Leadership has a rhythm—and so do the teams we lead.

In this engaging, interactive session, participants will discover how the principles of rhythm mirror the foundations of effective leadership, communication, collaboration, and trust. Through simple body percussion and rhythm-based activities, we'll explore practical strategies for building stronger teams, fostering connection, and creating a workplace culture where people thrive.
